Returns and Refunds

We are happy to exchange or refund your goods, within 14 days with proof of purchase, providing the goods are unused, unopened and in their original condition with tags attached.

We regret we are unable to return or exchange sale items so please choose carefully.  If sale items are sent back to us without prior arrangement then you will be required to cover the cost of postage to have it returned back to you. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

If you choose to post we highly recommend signature required to ensure your return gets to us. 

You will be refunded via the original payment means within three working days, please note however that bank processing times means this can take up to 14 days.
