Shipping policy

New Zealand shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 for Urban We offer Free shipping on all orders over $200

Depending on the time of your order, your package will be shipped either the same day, or the following.  Your order will only be shipped after the funds are cleared.

All orders are Tracked and do not require a signature.  If you do wish to sign for your package, or have specific delivery instruction, please clearly state this in the comments section of your shopping cart.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your package has been shipped. Please note this is an estimated time frame and  may change with peak times and preorders.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure you give a postal address.

If you haven't received a tracking number for your order, please double check your junk emails before emailing us in case it has snuck in there.
